Web Beacons

Pages within the Funnelfeedr Service (including, our website) and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity). This information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and improve the Funnelfeedr Service. We do not use web beacons to store or link to Personal Information.

Sidekick and Third-Party Profile Data

Sidekick Functionality

The Funnelfeedr Service may include browser-based tools and extensions (the "Sidekick") that allow Users to enrich and organize business contact information. When a User actively uses the Sidekick while visiting third-party websites, such as professional networking websites, the Sidekick may collect and transmit certain publicly available professional information to the Funnelfeedr Platform.

Categories of Personal Data Collected

Through the Sidekick, Funnelfeedr may collect and process the following categories of Personal Data about individuals who are not Users of the Funnelfeedr Service:

• First and last name
• Professional job title or role
• Company name
• Company email address
• LinkedIn URL

Funnelfeedr does not collect private contact details such as personal telephone numbers through the Sidekick.

Source of the Data

This information is collected from publicly accessible professional profiles on third-party websites at the time a User visits such profiles and uses the Sidekick. The Sidekick itself does not collect information in the background without User interaction; separate automated collection from public sources is described under "Business Contact and Company Data from Public Sources" below.

Purposes of Processing

Funnelfeedr processes this information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Sidekick functionality as requested by the User
• To store and organize business contact data within the User's account
• To enable future searches, filtering, and lead identification within the Funnelfeedr Platform
• To improve data accuracy and usefulness of the Funnelfeedr Service for business prospecting and sales intelligence purposes

Legal Basis for Processing (Legitimate Interests)

The processing of Personal Data through the Sidekick is based on Funnelfeedr's legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Funnelfeedr has determined that:

• The processing is limited to professional contact information used in a B2B context
• The data is collected in direct connection with a User's intentional use of the Sidekick
• The processing is reasonably expected by individuals whose professional profiles are publicly available
• The processing does not involve sensitive personal data or private contact details

Funnelfeedr has balanced its legitimate interests in providing an effective sales and lead intelligence service against the rights and freedoms of the data subjects and has implemented safeguards to minimize any privacy impact.

Data Subject Rights

Individuals whose Personal Data is processed through the Sidekick have the right to object to such processing based on legitimate interests and may request access, correction, or deletion of their Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Requests can be submitted to privacy@funnelfeedr.com or to our data protection contact at dpo@funnelfeedr.com.

Retention

Personal Data collected through the Sidekick is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, unless a shorter retention period is required by law or a valid deletion request is received.

Business Contact and Company Data from Public Sources

How This Data Is Collected

Separately from the Sidekick, Funnelfeedr builds and maintains a database of business and professional contact information used to help Users identify and research potential business customers. This information is collected by automated means from publicly accessible sources. Unlike the Sidekick, this collection does not depend on a User visiting a particular page and is not triggered by individual User action.

Categories of Personal Data Collected

Funnelfeedr may collect and process the following categories of Personal Data about individuals who are not Users of the Funnelfeedr Service:

• First and last name
• Professional job title or role
• Company name and company domain
• Business email address
• Business telephone number

Funnelfeedr does not collect private contact details such as personal telephone numbers, personal email addresses or home addresses, and does not collect financial data, health data, biometric data or any special category of Personal Data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR. This exclusion is applied both as policy and at the point where data enters the Funnelfeedr Platform.

Alongside this Personal Data, Funnelfeedr collects information about companies themselves — such as company name, registration number, address, industry, size and web presence — which is not Personal Data where it does not relate to an identified or identifiable individual.

Source of the Data

This information is collected from sources that are publicly accessible and that concern individuals in their professional capacity, including:

• Publicly accessible company websites and other public web pages
• Public business registries, such as Bolagsverket (Sweden), Brønnøysundregistrene (Norway), CVR (Denmark) and PRH (Finland)

Funnelfeedr does not purchase contact lists from third-party data brokers.

Because this Personal Data is not obtained directly from the individual concerned, this Privacy Policy serves as the information notice required under Article 14 GDPR. Providing individual notice to each person whose publicly published professional details are collected would involve disproportionate effort, and Funnelfeedr therefore relies on this public notice together with the rights described below.

Purposes of Processing

Funnelfeedr processes this information for the following purposes:

• To build and maintain a business contact and company database that Users can search and filter to identify relevant business prospects
• To keep that information accurate and current, including by re-checking it against its public sources
• To enable Users to research companies and identify appropriate contacts for business-to-business outreach

Legal Basis for Processing (Legitimate Interests)

This processing is based on Funnelfeedr's legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Funnelfeedr has carried out and published a Legitimate Interest Assessment documenting the interest pursued, the necessity of the processing, and the balancing of that interest against the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned. It is available at funnelfeedr.com/legal/legitimate-interest-assessment.

In summary, Funnelfeedr has determined that:

• The processing is limited to professional contact information used in a business-to-business context
• The sources concern information that the individual or their employer has published for professional purposes
• The processing does not involve sensitive Personal Data or private contact details
• The impact on individuals is minimal, involves no automated decision-making producing legal effects, and no profiling beyond firmographic categorisation
• Individuals can object and obtain erasure straightforwardly, and Funnelfeedr does not sell, rent or share this data for third-party marketing

Data Subject Rights

Individuals whose Personal Data is processed in this way have the right to object to that processing under Article 21 GDPR, and the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR. Requests can be submitted to privacy@funnelfeedr.com or to our data protection contact at dpo@funnelfeedr.com, and are answered within 30 days.

Where an individual requests erasure, Funnelfeedr applies that request so that the same individual is not collected again by a subsequent collection cycle.

Funnelfeedr's Users act as independent controllers in respect of data they export into, or synchronise with, their own systems. Where an erasure request concerns data a User holds in their own environment, Funnelfeedr will inform the User so that they can act on it, but cannot delete data from a User's own systems on their behalf.

Retention

Personal Data collected from public sources is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a shorter retention period is required by law or a valid deletion request is received.

Email and Signature Data

Email Features

The Funnelfeedr Service may include optional AI-powered features that assist Users by sending and generating draft responses to emails. When a User activates and uses Email Features, Funnelfeedr may access and process certain content from the User's email inbox for the limited purposes described below.

Signature-Based Contact Information

In connection with Email Features, Funnelfeedr may scan email messages to identify and extract business contact information contained in email signatures. The collection is limited to professional contact details and may include:

• First and last name
• Professional job title or role
• Company name
• Company email address
• Company phone number

Purpose of Processing

The extracted business contact information is processed for the same purposes as other professional contact data within the Funnelfeedr Service, including:

• Enabling contact organization and enrichment within the User's account
• Supporting future searches, lead identification, and relationship context
• Improving the usefulness and accuracy of the Funnelfeedr Service for business communications

The scanning of email content is limited to what is necessary to provide the Email Feature and to identify professional signature information. Funnelfeedr does not use email content for unrelated purposes.

Legal Basis for Processing (Legitimate Interests)

The processing of Personal Data in connection with Email Features is based on Funnelfeedr's legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Funnelfeedr has determined that:

• The processing is initiated by the User's explicit activation and use of Email Features
• The data is limited to professional contact information shared in a business context
• The processing does not involve sensitive personal data
• Appropriate safeguards are in place to minimize the impact on data subjects

Funnelfeedr has balanced its legitimate interests in providing AI-assisted productivity features against the rights and freedoms of the individuals whose data may appear in email signatures and considers the processing proportionate and reasonably expected.

Data Subject Rights

Individuals whose Personal Data is processed through Email Features may exercise their rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests may be submitted to privacy@funnelfeedr.com or to our data protection contact at dpo@funnelfeedr.com.

Retention

Business contact information extracted from email signatures is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or until a valid deletion request is received.
