Administrators, managers, and reps have different privileges. All access is role-based, and credentials and API keys are held in a hardened vault.

Visibility on your terms
A human in the loop
AI output is always a suggestion, never an action. Coaching prompts are hints on screen, drafts are edited and sent by the rep, and summaries can be corrected before anyone treats them as fact.
Coaching with transparency
Coaching results are visible to reps and their managers — no automatic employee scoring, no hidden evaluations. We recommend being open with your team before enabling coaching.
Masked public directory
On our public company directory, personal contact details are masked — full email addresses and complete phone numbers are never shown.
Data you can truly delete
Storage within the EU
The platform is operated from Sweden, and data at rest — recordings, transcripts, emails — is stored within the EU. Details on hosting and sub-processors are in our DPA.
No models trained on your data
Your data is used to serve you, not to train AI models. Our AI providers process data transiently under agreements that do not permit training.
Erasure that sticks
You can request deletion of specific data or your whole account at any time. Erased contacts are added to a cryptographic suppression list that blocks them from ever being re-collected.

Funnelfeedr's AI features are limited-risk systems under the EU AI Act: they assist salespeople with transcription, suggestions, and summaries — nothing more.
No automated decisions
Nothing Funnelfeedr's AI produces is an automated decision with legal effect under GDPR Article 22. Decisions about deals and people are made by people.
