Creating Organization Lists
This guide explains how to create a list of relevant organizations that Funnelfeedr can use to generate leads. These will be used to identify ICP:s and will be blocked from getting new tasks from Funnelfeedr.
To achieve this you will need to create a company-based list in HubSpot that matches all companies that:
- Are already customers
- Have an active deal
- Have had activities in the last 3 months
You can mix and match these and add other filters.
1. Navigate to Lists in HubSpot
- Log in to HubSpot.
- Go to Contacts → Lists.
- Click Create list.
- Select Company-based list.
2. Filter: Company is Already a Customer
Option A: Lifecycle Stage
- Add a new filter.
- Select: Company properties
- Search for: Lifecycle stage
- Select: is any of → Customer
Option B: Custom Company Property (if you use e.g. "Customer Status")
- Select your custom property.
- Set filter to: is equal to → Customer
3. Filter: Company Has an Active Deal
- Click Add filter.
- Select Deals in the relationship tree.
- Select the property: Deal stage
- Select: Deal stage is any of → [Your active/ongoing deal stages]
Examples of active stages:
- Qualified to buy
- Presentation scheduled
- Contract sent
Avoid closed stages like Closed won or Closed lost.
4. Filter: Company Has Had Activities in the Last 3 Months
- Click Add filter.
- Select: Company properties
- Search for: Last activity date
- Set filter: is less than 90 days ago (or "is after → rolling date → 90 days ago", depending on UI version)
This includes activities such as:
- Emails
- Meetings
- Calls
- Notes
- Logged interactions
5. Save the List
- Give the list a clear name, e.g.: "Customers with active deals & activities last 90 days"
- Click Save list
The list will then automatically update based on the companies' activity, customer status, and deal stage.
