Connect to HubSpot CRM
This guide describes how to connect Funnelfeedr with HubSpot via External Connections in the admin panel. Follow the steps below to activate the integration and configure syncing of companies and leads.
1. Open External Connections
- Go to Admin → Lead Config → External Connections.
- Click Add connection if the popup window doesn't open automatically.
2. Select HubSpot as Integration
- In the popup window, select HubSpot from the list.
- Click Connect.
3. Log In and Approve the Connection
- You will now be redirected to HubSpot.
- Log in if you are not already logged in.
- Approve that Funnelfeedr can connect to your HubSpot account.
- Once the approval is complete, you will be redirected back to Funnelfeedr:
- Admin > Lead Config > External Connections > HubSpot
4. Configure Settings in Funnelfeedr
Once you are back in Funnelfeedr, you will make a number of choices to control how synchronization should work.
A. Choose Which Companies to Synchronize
This setting controls:
- which companies are used to identify your ICPs
- which companies Funnelfeedr should not create leads for (to avoid duplicates)
You can choose:
- All companies, or
- A specific list (if you need help creating a list, click here)
B. Choose Field for Organization ID
This is used to link companies between the systems.
- If you already have a field (e.g. organization number), select it in the dropdown.
- If you do not have a field yet, click: Create organization ID → Funnelfeedr will then create a new field for you in HubSpot.
C. Choose Push Mode – How Leads Should Be Created in HubSpot
This controls how Funnelfeedr sends data to HubSpot.
You can choose:
- Contacts only
- Contacts and tasks → Funnelfeedr creates both a contact + a task (e.g. follow-up task).
5. Save the Settings
Once all choices are made, click:
Save push settings
The integration is now active and Funnelfeedr will start working with HubSpot using your chosen settings.
