Connect to Pipedrive CRM

This guide describes how to connect Funnelfeedr with Pipedrive via External Connections in the admin panel. Follow the steps below to activate the integration and configure syncing of companies and leads.


1. Open External Connections

  1. Go to Admin → Lead Config → External Connections.
  2. Click Add connection if the popup window doesn't open automatically.

2. Select Pipedrive as Integration

  1. In the popup window, select Pipedrive from the list.
  2. Get your API-key from Personal settings in Pipedrive.
  3. Paste your API-key into the input field.
  4. Click Add connection.

3. Configure Settings in Funnelfeedr

Once connected, you will make a number of choices to control how synchronization should work.


A. Choose Which Companies to Synchronize

This setting controls:

  • which companies are used to identify your ICPs
  • which companies Funnelfeedr should not create leads for (to avoid duplicates)

You can choose:

  • All companies, or
  • A specific filter (if you need help creating a filter, click here)

B. Choose Field for Organization ID

This is used to link companies between the systems.

  • If you already have a field (e.g. organization number), select it in the dropdown.
  • If you do not have a field yet, click: Create organization ID → Funnelfeedr will then create a new field for you in Pipedrive.

C. Choose Field for Job Title

This is used to link job titles between the systems.

  • If you already have a field (e.g. Job Title), select it in the dropdown.
  • If you do not have a field yet, click: Create Job Title Field → Funnelfeedr will then create a new field for you in Pipedrive.

D. Choose Field for LinkedIn

This is used to link a contacts LinkedIn URL between the systems.

  • If you already have a field (e.g. LinkedIn), select it in the dropdown.
  • If you do not have a field yet, click: Create LinkedIn URL Field → Funnelfeedr will then create a new field for you in Pipedrive.

E. Choose Contact Labels

If you want you can automatically select labels to append to all contacts pushed from Funnelfeedr into Pipedrive.


F. Choose Organization Labels

If you want you can automatically select labels to append to all organizations pushed from Funnelfeedr into Pipedrive.


G. Choose Push Mode – How Leads Should Be Created in Pipedrive

This controls how Funnelfeedr sends data to Pipedrive. Organizations and contacts are always pushed (or connected to existing) but in addition you can choose to create leads, activities or both.

You can choose:

  1. Leads only
  2. Activities Only (recommended)
  3. Both Leads and Activities → Funnelfeedr creates both leads and activities.

5. Save the Settings and activate

Once all choices are made, click Save and then Activate

The integration is now active and Funnelfeedr will start working with Pipedrive using your chosen settings.
