Automatic Pushing of Lists to CRM

When a list is assigned to one or more sales persons, you can enable Auto-push. This means Funnelfeedr will automatically push contacts from the list to your CRM without any manual action.

How Auto-push Works

  1. Funnelfeedr maintains a buffer of tasks in your CRM for each sales person.
  2. When a sales person marks a task as done in their CRM, Funnelfeedr automatically adds a new contact until the buffer is full again.
  3. This ensures the sales person always has a steady flow of leads to work with.

Enable Auto-push for a List

  1. Navigate to Lists and open the list you want to configure.
  2. Assign one or more sales persons to the list.
  3. Enable Auto-push for the list.

Configure Buffer and Distribution Mode

Under Sales Persons, select the sales person you want to configure to open their settings page. There you can configure:

Buffer Size

Set how many uncompleted Funnelfeedr tasks each sales person should have in their CRM at any given time. When a task is marked as done, the buffer is automatically replenished.

Distribution Mode

  • Queue — Funnelfeedr works through one list at a time. All contacts from the first list are pushed before moving on to the next list.
  • Round Robin — Funnelfeedr takes the first unpushed contact from each list in turn. This gives an even distribution of contacts from all assigned lists.

Tips

  • Start with a small buffer (e.g. 5–10) and increase as needed.
  • Use Queue if you want to focus on a specific target group at a time.
  • Use Round Robin if you want the sales person to get a mix of leads from different searches and segments.
