Using the Call Log
The Call Log under Dialer → Calls lists every call made or received through Funnelfeedr. Use it to review what happened in a session, check how a rep is doing, or find a specific conversation to go back to.
Every row is a call. Click a row to open the call detail view with the recording, transcription and AI analysis.
1. The statistics bar
The cards at the top are calculated from the calls that match your current filters. Change a filter and the numbers change with it.
| Card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total calls | Number of calls in the current selection |
| Talk time | Total duration of all calls, counted from answer to hangup |
| Wait time | Total time from pressing call to answer (or to hangup when nobody answered). Counted on every dial, not only answered ones |
| Connect rate | Share of calls that were answered, lasted more than 6 seconds and were not dispositioned as No Answer |
| Avg duration | Average duration of the calls that had a duration |
| Avg wait | Average wait time per dial |
| Avg today | Average duration of today's calls |
Very short calls that the carrier rejected count as dials with a sub-second wait, which pulls the average wait down slightly. That is a property of the number, not an error.
2. Filtering the log
The log opens on your own calls. Every filter you set is remembered per user, so the log looks the same the next time you open it.
Search — type a contact or organization name.
User — pick one or more users. Clear it to see the whole account. Only calls you are allowed to see are listed; see Visibility in the call detail guide.
Call session — narrow the log to one session. The list shows your 20 most recent sessions with their start time. Choose All sessions to reset.
Time filter — pick a recent range, a past period or All time.
Filter by lists — opens the list picker. Only calls to organizations in the selected lists are shown. The button shows how many lists are active.
Status — one of:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| All | No status filter |
| Answered | Calls that were actually picked up |
| Completed | Calls that ended normally |
| No Answer | Rang out without being answered |
| Busy | The line was busy |
| Failed | The call could not be placed or dropped |
| Voicemail | Went to voicemail |
Disposition chips — one chip per active disposition, with the number of matching calls next to it. Chips are sorted by count and you can select several at once. Dispositions are managed under Settings → Dialer.
Click the refresh icon in the header to reload with the same filters.
3. Reading the table
| Column | What you see |
|---|---|
| User | Initials of the rep who made or took the call |
| Date | When the call started. An inbound call has an incoming-call icon in front of the date |
| Organization | Logo, country flag and a link to the organization page |
| Contact | The person called. Click the name for the contact card |
| Type | The AI's classification of the conversation: Cold Call, Follow-up, Discovery, Check-in, Support or Other |
| Cold call | Cold or Not cold according to the automatic cold-call rule (see below), or a dash when the call was not a conversation |
| Duration | Status icon and length in minutes and seconds |
| Disposition | The outcome the rep logged after the call |
Use the paginator at the bottom to move between pages and choose 10, 25, 50 or 100 rows per page. The page size is remembered.
4. How "Cold call" is decided
The Type column is the AI's reading of what the conversation was about. The Cold call column follows a fixed rule instead, so the number is reproducible and can be explained to a rep who questions it.
A call is counted as cold when all of this is true:
- Someone actually answered and a conversation took place.
- Nobody in your account had a prior conversation (answered, or longer than 30 seconds) with the same organization or the same contact.
- Nobody in your account had sent an email to the organization or contact before.
- There was no earlier meeting or deal with the organization.
Earlier attempts that were never answered do not count. Re-dialling after a no-answer is still a cold call.
When the AI type and the rule disagree, a small question-mark icon appears next to the cold-call value. It means the call is worth a look, not that either value is wrong.
5. Opening the log from a coaching report
A coaching report links to the calls it is based on. Following that link opens the Call Log pre-filtered on the rep and the report's date range. Change any filter to widen the view again.
Tips
- Filter on Answered and a single Call session to review only the conversations from one calling block.
- Combine Disposition chips with the User filter to see how many Interested or Meeting booked outcomes each rep produced.
- Clear the User filter before comparing reps; the log defaults to your own calls and it is easy to forget.
- Talk time and Wait time side by side show how much of a session was spent listening to ringtones.
