Managing MCP Connections
Every MCP client you authorize shows up under Settings → MCP Connections in Funnelfeedr. This is where you check what is connected and cut off anything you no longer want.
Your connections
Open Settings → MCP Connections. The table lists one row per connected application:

If the page says No connected applications, nothing is connected to your user.
The page also carries the Connect an AI assistant (MCP) card: the server address with a copy button and per-client instructions. See Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client.
Changing the account a connection uses
A connection works in one Funnelfeedr account at a time — the one you chose on the approval screen. To move it, pick another account in the Account column. The change takes effect within about two minutes, once the server re-checks the connection; answers already given are not affected.
There is one connection per client, so moving it moves the access rather than adding a second connection. If you want the same assistant in two accounts at once, that is not possible today: switch back and forth instead.
You can also ask the assistant to do it — "switch to Example AB" — and it will use the switch_account tool, which offers the same accounts you see in the dropdown. Asked that way the switch applies from the assistant's very next request, with no two-minute wait. For a multi-account user, every reply starts with the name of the account it came from, so you can always see which one you are in.
Revoking a connection
- Find the row and click the link-off icon on the right.
- Confirm in the dialog.
The connection's refresh tokens stop working at once, so the client cannot renew its access. An assistant that is mid-conversation loses access within about two minutes, once the server re-checks the connection — it is not instant to the second. The next time you use that client it will ask you to connect again.
To revoke everything at once, click Revoke all in the page header.
Removing a connector inside Claude, ChatGPT or another client does not revoke anything in Funnelfeedr. If you want to be sure a client can no longer reach your data, revoke it here.
When to revoke
- You no longer use the client.
- You see a connection you do not recognize, or one marked Unverified that you did not create yourself.
- You suspect the device or account running the client has been compromised.
- You want to change the granted scopes. Revoke, then connect again and approve the scopes you want. (To change the account, you do not need to revoke anything — use the Account column.)
For administrators: all connections in the account
Every connection in the account can be listed and revoked by administrators through the Funnelfeedr API: users with the View users permission can list them, including which user approved each one, and users with the Edit users permission can revoke them. There is no dedicated admin page in Settings yet, so contact Funnelfeedr support if you need a connection revoked on another user's behalf.
Deactivating a user, or removing them from the account, also ends their MCP connections: the membership is re-checked on every request, so access stops within about two minutes, the same as revoking.
